These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.pcbltd.ca (the "Site"), operated by Pacific Custom Builders Ltd ("PCB"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to violate applicable laws, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with or disrupt the Site (including malware), scrape data without written permission, or submit false or unlawful information. Quotes are not binding contracts

They are preliminary, subject to change, and do not constitute a binding offer or contract. A binding agreement is created only through a separate written contract signed by PCB and the client.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that content is accurate, complete, or current. Reliance on Site content is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PCB and its directors, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.
